Habits Can Contribute To Your Success Or Misery

check that  can tell you it's because of habitual habits that reduce their probability of sustainable success.  Based on what they are, our customs will either make us or break us.

The dictionary points out that a habit is a routine of behaviour; it's a fixed way of thinking much more or less about some thing.  If I have a custom of running every morning, exercising, and eating healthy meals daily to maintain my body and mind healthy and sharp, then people are great habits.  On the other hand, if I smoke cigarettes or vape everyday, which causes harm and many ailments to my body and reduces my health, then smoking isn't a good habit.

I have a saying that "it's not exactly what you are that holds you back, it's exactly what you believe that you are not that holds you back. " We have total control over our fate, yet don't pursue it.  The beginning of a habit is what you consume in your mind every minute of this day.  Those thoughts, dreams, or visions become a part of your subconscious that creates these habits.   Your mind is that the sum total of the customs and thoughts that get into your subconscious.  Those thoughts are put to actions, and those actions became habits.  Sounds easy, yet why aren't people successful in life?

John Dryden says, "We first make our habits, then our habits make us. "

"If you would like 't enjoy the results you find each day, then change it.  Your habits will determine your future. " - Jack Canfield

Consequently, if you like where you're going, then stay on the path.  If not, then alter your leadership.  I have three suggestions.

Read books that can inspire you, which will motivate you, and that is going to provide you purpose.  For instance, read the Bible (chapters in Proverbs and/or the publication Psalm).  Read Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and/or The 15 Invaluable Legislation of Development by John C. Maxwell.  Digest these substances night and day.   Resources  must be intentional about massaging into your subconscious the pure, the powerful, and the purposeful.  Last, listen to successful people and study how they form habits that are successful.
Surround yourself with successful individuals.  There's a saying, "You're the average of those five people you connect with. " If you hang about highly motivated and successful people, then it'll rub off on you.  "Remember, your association determines your destination.


If you are unable to modify your habits, then join a men's or girls 's group which does not only uplift you but also will hold you accountable.
Success comes with deliberate actions and behaviours.   important link  and behaviours form habits and routines.  When we fail, many occasions it's easy to lose confidence within ourselves.  You have to visualize and believe you could change bad habits into good habits.  Remember, success comes with deliberate actions.
