"Why aren't individuals successful in life?  I can tell you it's due to habitual habits that reduce their probability of sustainable achievement.  Based on what they are, our customs will either make us or break us.

The dictionary points out that a habit is a regular of behavior; it's a fixed way of thinking more or less about some thing.  If I have a habit of running daily, exercising, and eating healthy meals every day to maintain my body and mind healthy and sharp, then those are great customs.  On the other hand, if I smoke cigarettes or vape regular, which causes harm and several diseases to my entire body and diminishes my wellbeing, then smoking isn't a good habit.

I have a saying which "it's not exactly what you are that holds you back, it's exactly what you believe that you aren't that holds you back. If you are unable to modify your habits, then join a guys 's or women's group that not only uplift you but will hold you liable.
